    First, GET THE GROUPON. I can't stand the idea of buying Jamba Juice without one. Save yourself some money if you were gonna spend it here anyway. This particular branch was ran by two young guys that day, probably late high school and running around with lots to do while looking utterly distracted. No smiles or even letting me know that I could step away from the register, but that's okay! Because.... Cheaper Jamba Juice that was made very quickly still gets big thumbs up from me. :)

    Maybe it was just a bad night at the Jamba, but when I went in there were only two very grumpy people working, the store was only accepting cash and didn't have more than 2 dollar bills in the register to make change. Five different couples came in and left while I was waiting on my smoothie and were turned away for one reason or another.

    The majority of the staff here is rude and they ignore the customers as you walk in. The smoothies are pretty good. Last time I came the lady making my smoothly barely put any ice in it. I get some free coupons from an acquaintance which is why I keep coming back. I'd avoid these employees lack of customer service if possible!

    This location had absolutely terrible service. We were not greeted as we walked in, we had to let the associates know that we were there and ready to place our order although they had made direct eye contact several times. Our cashier was rude. Not to mention that he rang me up for a medium when he didn't even ask me what size I would like and I didn't realize until after I had paid. Don't waste your time.

    I don't normally write reviews for places like this, but I was so frustrated after my experience at this Jamba Juice the other day that I had to share. I came in to order a smoothie for my friend because she was sick. My first annoyance was waiting behind only one person in line to order for over five minutes. I was able to place my order quickly but it was obvious the guy behind the register was fairly new. Having to wait to place my order didn't really bother me; it was the 25 minutes following placing my order that really aggravated me. I stood and watched complete pandemonium while waiting for my smoothie. They were busy, I will give them that, but everything was chaotic and it stressed me out just watching them. Then a woman came in complaining that there was a long hair in her daughter's smoothie and she proceeded to gripe at one of the workers telling him he needed to wear a hair net and blaahh blah blah. So then they remake her smoothie but they can't get the blender to work properly. I watch as the two people that ordered after me receive their orders and leave the store. A total of 35 minutes I waited for ONE SMOOTHIE. It will be difficult for me to return to this store any time soon.

    I don't know why it's so hard in this town to find a decent smoothie. Either the business treats it like they're performing some type of miraculous alchemy in order to produce a small cup of blended juice and produce (uh, talkin' 'bout you, CG) or you get some type of High Fructose Corn Syrup/chemical based/overly sweetened YHWH-knows what mess that has less in common with fruit and more in common with fracking fluid (a certain large sandwich joint that bakes its own baguettes served my family some sort of...something...that we threw away; and that's not something we normally do) or it's some sort of Okie ice cream fruit shake with a different name. All that being said, I love Jamba Juice. I know that I need to eat, but sometimes I just don't want to, or don't feel like I have time. Jamba Juice has good choices (including non-dairy choices) that taste great and don't leave you feeling nasty. Everyone who works there is nice, the store is clean, and the price (especially compared to any other meal) is absolutely reasonable. I'm a fan. Recommended.

    This location is consistently out of the carrot juice for the orange carrot Karma shake that is my favorite. Don't have something on your menu if you're not going to carry it in the store.

    Lately the people that work at Jamba Juice have an attitude and seem annoyed. The last two times I have been in, no one else has been in and they act like I have inconvenienced them by ordering. Today the cashier seemed annoyed when I told him there was no pen to sign the receipt gave me a dirty look and huffed and puffed as he went to find a pen. Then the guy who made my large smoothie left about 4 inches from the top. The cashier knew, looked at it, put the top on and gave it to me. I opened the top told the guy making the smoothie that it wasn't a large, he grabbed it from me, mumbled something under his breath, and put it back in the blender with a handful of ice cubes. The cashier then poured it in the cup... Leaving about 3 inches and gave it to me. At this point I just needed to leave because of their negative attitudes. The smoothie tasted weird too, not like it's tasted before. Am I missing something? Should I not say when there's no pen and use my nail to carve my signature into the paper? Should I not say something when I pay 7 dollars for a smoothie and only get 5 dollars worth?

    Had to get fresh orange juice. This place was a few miles from the office so went there to get fresh orange juice. The staff was very friendly and service was fast. The location and the machines could have been a little more neat and clean though.

    There's nothing really unique about this particular Jamba Juice as you pretty much know what to expect. That being said, I feel compelled to review this as I frequent it often and to offer some advice on how to actually get a truly healthy smoothie here. If you are more interested in a milkshake then please stop reading now as nothing I am about to say will be of interest to you. Most of the big chain smoothie places like Jamba Juice, Smoothie King or Planet Smoothie are dubious in their claims as to the healthy beverages they offer. Sure, they are probably a much better option than say a mocha latte or a Frappucino but they are a diabetic coma in disguise unless you watch what you are doing. I'm a firm believer in not drinking your calories so you have to be careful here or at any other smoothie place as these "healthy" drinks are loaded down with added sugar and other nonsense masquerading as a healthy alternative. I was characterized as an "obnoxious health nut" recently, but hey, I just like to eat clean and temper myself 80 percent of the time so I can indulge in whatever I want to the other 20 percent sans free of guilt. A few surefire ways to avoid the smoothie pitfall can be found at Jamba Juice. First, do not get any smoothies with added sugar, sherbert or frozen yogurt. Ok, that pretty much precludes everything on the menu but bear with me. Try one of their "vegetable" smoothies and ask them to "Make It Light," which is their way of shedding 1/3 of the calories and carbs. My preference is for the Apples and Greens, which is basically crushed ice blended with some kale, spinach, spirulina and other vegetable juices mixed in with a blend of apple and strawberry. I also opt to have 2 ounces of freshly pressed wheatgrass juice added to the smoothie. I'm not sure I believe all the miraculous claims of whetgrass but it has a great vitamin and mineral profile so I figure it can't hurt and when blended in the smoothie it renders it tasteless. And, if it is to be believed, you have just had a couple of servings of vegetable in your drink. Definitely not a true green smoothie but close enough in a pinch. Newbies to the smoothie blending game will oftentimes ask me more than once if I really want that wheatgrass juice blended into the smoothie, as if I'd rather shoot it straight up like so many others. Have you tasted raw wheatgrass? It is like watered down grass clipping and much more palatable in a blended drink. I don't like to use people's names in reviews but Mark in particular is a great juicer, if that is what they are called. What do you call a Jamba Juice employee? In any event, he has been there for quite some time and you'll recognize him instantly as he has huge ear gauges and looks like he lives in a gym. And, he always knows exactly what I want and blends it up with a smile and has me back out the door and on my way in mere minutes. So, the moral to the story is to be wary of smoothie places but know that a truly healthy creation can be had if you so desire. Geez, maybe I am an "obnoxious health nut?" That's ok, I can look down my nose at everyone else as I enjoy a tallboy on the weekend knowing that I was a good boy for most of the week.
